All Martin Wells products are warranted to be free of defects in material and/or workmanship for one year from the date of sale. The product must be returned to Martin Wells for warranty consideration. If Martin Wells determines that the product(s) is warrantable, the product will be replaced or the original purchase price refunded, at the option of Martin Wells. This warranty is limited to the replacement or refund of the defective product(s) only. Martin Wells shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
